CAM's and BOD's have a lot on their plate.  We are here to serve as your internal risk management department.  We work alongside many agents/brokers in your community.  Here is a list of the services we provide:

• Manage Insurance Renewals -     Work with your insurance agent to ensure a smooth, timely, adequate and competitively priced insurance program.

• Manage Appraisals - FL Condo Statute 718 requires an association to have a replacement cost appraisal done every 36 months.  We keep you in compliance with the law.

• Monitor Vendors - Your vendors/contractors should secure adequate insurance of their own.  Lack of proper coverage puts the association and the CAM at risk.  We will manage this on your behalf

• Claims Management - We will work alongside your agent or directly with your insurance carrier/adjuster to ensure an expedited process and a fair outcome.  We manage claims from beginning to end.

• Expert Loss Control -  We help prevent claims by inspecting the public areas of your community to and make sure all avoidable hazards are dealt with appropriately

• Educational Seminars -  Live & Virtual CAM Continuing Education Credit classes are available to keep you up to speed on insurance/risk current events.
